About the Opportunity:

Join our Security & Architecture team as an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Security Analyst. In this role, you will ensure proper protection of information assets, managed and accessed through the Ericsson R&D IT and Test Environment. As an ICT security analyst in the Security & Architecture unit in BNEW SAN Lab Operations, your role is to drive the implementation of security compliance through performing and coordination of the activities for the information security risk assessments, security incident management, vulnerability management and IT security assessments.

Your job will include a deep understanding of Ericsson ISMS and Information Security Requirements. This will help you shepherd the organization forward in protecting the information assets own and managed in SAN SAL Lab Operations, as we continue our transformation into a DevSecOps service delivery organization.

In this role, you will support all units in BNEW SAN SAL Lab Operations in information security, IT security and business continuity areas.

This role is based in Sweden and geographical re-location is not possible for this position.

What you will do:

•    Serve as an IT Security Expert and trusted security advisor in BNEW SAN SAL Lab Operations

•    Own and drive ISRA process in BNEW SAN SAL Lab Operations throughout the annual ISRA cycle

•    Support in reviewing existing and new IT services and solutions to build security into the architecture, identify design gaps and recommend security enhancements in solutions and services

•    Contribute to internal and external IT security assessments/audits

•    Support IT security incidents in accordance with agreed and established process

•    Establish and leverage interfaces to relevant functions and experts

•    Manage Business Continuity/Service Continuity Management documentation & provide support within BNEW SAN SAL Lab Operations

Skills you bring:

•    MSC or equivalent experience

•    Minimum 5 years of experience in information security and business continuity management, along with technical hands-on experience in one or more of security domain areas of access control, communications security, operations security, securing cloud environments and/or operating systems/virtualized environments, network architecture and design etc.

•    Minimum 5 years of experience in leading and driving roles

•    In-depth and working knowledge of ISO 27002 ISO 27002 controls and their application in securing Ericsson's information technology environments

•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with business acumen

•    Good collaboration skills and strong commitment as a team player

•    Ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders to evaluate and implement security measures while remaining up to date with emerging security threats and design security architecture to mitigate them

•    Analytical skills with an understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization and security vulnerabilities etc

•    Strong knowledge in Ericsson Security Policies, Directives and Instructions & knowledge of Ericsson business environment

•    In depth Disaster Recovery competence
