About this opportunity:
Service Area Networks main accountabilities are Product Management and Service Delivery for product areas Network Deployment (ND) and Customer Support (CS). We also deliver the global development environments for R&D units across the Ericsson group. SAN is an organization of around 5000 employees based in 34 countries within Business Area Networks.
The E2E architecture is implemented to improve our customer experience globally across all Market Areas, based on the strategies within Business Area Networks (BNEW) and Service Area Networks (SAN).
Our Network Deployment Project business flow transformation and Intelligent Deployment are key transformation activities within the Ericsson Group. It includes Services, Supply, Finance, Sourcing and Sales activities. The Enterprise Architecture is also prepared for Customer Support and open RAN solutions. It addresses the need of a common data architecture and information model, secur-ing consistency between capabilities, processes, security, IT applications and platform technologies including AI.
There are interactions with a broad range of stakeholders, such as Business Areas, Market Areas and Group IT.
The position will report directly to Nils Torstensson, Head of SAN Services Supply Chains & Architecture. We have team members in different parts of the globe, and we are used to work remotely.
What you will do:
• Develop and implement the Enterprise Architecture for our data driven E2E digitalized business flow for pre-sales, ordering, delivery and customer support
• Analyze strategies and Customer needs. Break it down into defined target architecture
• Translate requirements to cost efficient architectural capabilities
• Secure architecture compliance throughout the complete end-to-end flow
• Communicate, co-operate and consult with each stakeholder group
The skills you bring:
• 5-10 years of experience in architectural design of Processes, Information and IT Solutions
• Demonstrated skills of implementing AI use cases and platforms
• Deep understanding of business models, strategies and customer experiences
• Knowledge of Ericsson Target Architecture Master Plan (TAMP) and its applications
• Ability to translate business requirements into architectural solutions
• Leadership skills to create results in diverse global teams
• Proven track record generating trust from customers and Market Areas
