What You Will Do
• Work end-to-end as a big data engineer and data scientist, both independently and as a key member of our cross-functional team.
• Execute analytical experiments and develop innovative data-driven solutions to solve complex problems across Ericsson’s business domains.
• Provide subject matter expertise to understand business and technical requirements, implementing data engineering and data science techniques that enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to communicate findings clearly and enable data-driven decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement through innovation, knowledge sharing, and teamwork in a dynamic research-oriented environment.
The Skills You Bring
Must-Have:
• MSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in data science or data engineering.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, SQL, and programming languages such as Python or Java.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a dynamic, research-focused team.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
Nice-to-Have:
• Knowledge of Cloud Services, AI and Generative AI, and S3 storage solutions.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub.
• Familiarity with structured and unstructured data management and modern data transformation methodologies.
• Telecom domain knowledge.
