About this opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Product Manager able to build and drive a Services Security Portfolio and shape our security offerings across all possible scenarios, from tools, applications, and service delivery.
This key role will work across our current portfolio organization, identify weaknesses, and build a comprehensive security offering based on customer needs and market demands with the clear target to instil security requirements in all new developments
What you will do:
• Act as a security SPM, driving and pushing for Security aspects and value creation across our SAN portfolio
• Leverage deep understanding of telecom infrastructure, protocols, and security challenges to craft tailored solutions.
• Address unique telecom risks, including network resilience, supply chain security, and data protection.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging threats specific to telecommunications.
• Ensure adherence to key standards such as ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), EU NIS2 Directive, EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), and NIST Secure Software Development Framework (SSDF).
• Verify how Security can be injected in Network Services Strategy and define a potential offering based on customer pains to develop the security roadmap.
• Identify a full cybersecurity action plan ensuring all portfolio items are delivered to agreed deadlines and meets business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, technical subject matter experts, and operational teams to address issues and risks threatening portfolio outcomes.
• Identify important value drivers and define metrics to monitor portfolio performance5.
The skills you bring:
• 10+ years in ICT and Cyber Security related roles.
• Proven experience with managing Certification and Accreditation processes.
• Demonstrated understanding of cybersecurity challenges and threats in multi-hosted cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of contemporary best practice principles across security disciplines.
• Proven ability to build trust and engagement with senior leaders through personal advocacy, vision, and collaborative work.
• Experience in successfully leading and embedding change, including processes and team culture.
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity standards (e.g., NZISM or ISO 19011).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use metrics and data visualization effectively to report portfolio performance.
• Experience in developing and implementing project management methodologies and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Based in Stockholm is the preferred choice, but this is not discriminatory
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or extensive comparable experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Experience in critical national infrastructure or the energy industry.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex security concepts into business language. They will have a proven track record in delivering cybersecurity change and transformation, with the ability to drive organizational agility, strategy, risk management, and resource allocation.
