About this opportunity
Ericsson is now looking for an experienced and strategically oriented Head of Visit Management at our executive briefing centre in Stockholm.
Your role is very visible, as your team supports the shaping and execution of impactful engagements between customers, our executives, and experts with deep explorations of strategy and solutions in a welcoming and comfortable space, the Imagine Studio.
International visits to Ericsson Imagine Studio often stretches over multiple days and comes with high expectations of impact, value, and outcomes, bi-laterally.
What you will do
Your role includes several responsibilities and tasks.
• Line manager and leader for a team of visit managers and business builders.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to operate on a tactical and operational level.
• Drive the operation toward key KPI’s that include sales team rating of programs, lead generation, sales impact etc.
• Work closely with the Experience Center technical & facility operations team to tie in technical, logistical and hospitality flow as needed in the engagements.
• Leverage data and insights to challenge and improve organizational processes.
• Responsible for tracking and forecasting investment and maintenance budgets
• Stay in close touch with peers in Group Function Marketing to drive full ecosystem participation in customer engagements as and when appropriate.
• Assume role as host and present ‘This is Ericsson’ to external and non-customer audiences visiting when no host is assigned by business owner.
• Drive and develop effective engagement formats leveraging all corners of the facility, its demo and content assets and ways of working.
You will bring
• 7-8+ years’ experience in international marketing and/or relationship sales from ICT sector.
• Empathetic leader and great team player with proven ability to lead through influence.
• University degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing or equivalent experience.
• Techno-Commercial thinking
• Senior Stakeholder Management
• Budget planning
• Customer Experience
• Business acumen
• Good knowledge of mobile networks solution areas
• Experience from working in a Business Area is a plus
